H Frame Pullet Cage System is designed with feeding hopper or feeding chain systems.the whole
cage system are made by hot dipped galvanization in order to get longer lifetime.the system are
widely used in close house which equipped with chicken house TCU.this system can get best
rearing effect because the chicken house space can be used in Maximize Productivity,easy to
install and control because all system is automatic.
The system advantage
Quality and uniformity of pullets are crucial factors which later influence their laying performance.Hence,the essential criteria for a successful rearing period are:
1.uniform feed supply,rapid feed distribution by hoppers or feed delivery by chain feeding system;
2.no manure in feed trough positioned outside the cage and the reduction of ammonia emissions ;
3.sufficient and hygienic drinking water;
4.wire partitions for improved bird control;
5.high functional reliability and easy to be operated by panel;
6.Simple assembly of 3 to 6 tiers are available;
7.the aluminum zinc plate feed troughs are mounted on supports for trough stability and long service lifetime;
8.feed trough with inner rim provides minimal feed losses and the adjust board inside can be higher as pullet growing bigger;
9.water pipes hight also can be adjusted during rearing period;
10.the plastic cushion on the bottom cage mesh is soft plastic ones with small holes on it can protect the chicken feet well.
11.the cage mesh surface processed by hot-dip galvanization or cold galvanization which can keep long life time, better elasticity and higher intensity.
12.we can design different cages in any dimension in accordance with the cline's requirement,and the chicken house design draft can be available from our design team.
The system structure
The main component of the water line is: water moving dosers from Dosatron,water pressure
regulator,water pipe and drinking nipple, etc. The stainless steel nipple drinker in line is hanged by
steel ropes which can be adjusted in height centrally according to the growing size of the birds.thus,an adequate water supply is provided from day one,the steel ropes was fitted on the two
end of the cage lines in order to adjust with convenience.
1.There are 2 nipples with drip-water cup in each cage.the number of nipples/cage can also be
increased as pullets growing. The pressure regulator can keep the pressure on each nipple equal.
2.Main components:bottom mesh,roof mesh, separate mesh, cage door mesh, special mesh.
3.Upper walkway for batteries with more than 5 tiers = easy bird control;
